I want to RENT a unit starting today, what is my first step?
Go to the "Rent Storage " tab, click "Rent Now,” pick a unit and complete your registration on our secure site. If you do not wish to pay by card or ACH, call us at 605-957-5301 or 605-300-0137 and we will get you signed up for a storage unit.

I want to RESERVE a unit to move in within the next 30 days, what is my next step?
Go to the "Rent Storage " tab, click "Reserve Now for Free,” then complete your registration on our secure site. We will contact you on or before that date to complete the rental process.
How do I pay my storage bill? Two options:

What forms of payment do you accept?
Card (Visa, Mastercard, & Discover), ACH, Check, Venmo.
What fees do you charge?
We charge the monthly rental fee.
If you choose to pay with a Visa, Mastercard, or Discover transaction, you will be charged a monthly 2.29% processing fee. (Example, the monthly processing fee for 1 unit that costs $220 would be $5.04.
The monthly rental fee is due on the first of every month for the HWY 46 location and the fifth for the downtown location. A $20 late fee may occur after that date.
When can I access my unit?
You have 24-hour access to your belongings!
Do I need to bring my own lock?
No, we provide you with a disc lock that is yours to keep when you move out. You are welcome to use your own lock- we recommend a disc lock.
What do I do if I lose the keys to my storage unit?
Call us to get your lock cut. Do not attempt to cut the lock off yourself, any damage to the door/lock will be your responsibility. We will cut the lock off for you with you present. We charge a $35 fee that includes cutting of the lock and a new disc lock.
How
long are your leases?
Our leases are either month to month, or a 1-year contract with a 30 day notice for move out.
I'm a current customer, how do I give my 30 day notice for move out?
Simply email us using the contact form or call us.
What if you don't have any units available?
If we do not have any units available for you to rent, we would be happy to put you on a waiting list!
